About ExtermPRO

ExtermPRO is a family-owned pest control company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Virginia. We opened in March 2017 and has been operating in the same communities ever since — Gainesville, Bristow, Haymarket, Warrenton, Centreville, and the surrounding areas of Prince William, Fauquier, Fairfax, and Loudoun Counties.

Northern Virginia’s combination of wooded terrain, parks, lakes, and relatively mild winters creates year-round pest pressure that most of the country doesn’t deal with at the same level. Mosquitoes, ticks, ants, rodents, stinging insects, termites, and a range of other pests are active across every season here. ExtermPRO’s technicians work in these communities and know the pest pressures they produce — not from a training manual, but from nearly a decade of treating properties in the region.

Our License

ExtermPRO holds Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Pesticide Business License #14414. VDACS is the state agency that licenses and regulates commercial pesticide applicators throughout Virginia, and its requirements include examination, training, and ongoing continuing education. You can verify ExtermPRO’s license status directly through the VDACS pesticide business lookup.

ExtermPRO is a proud member of both the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and the Virginia Pest Management Association (VPMA), serving Northern Virginia with expert pest control solutions.

How We Work

ExtermPRO uses an integrated pest management approach — treating active infestations while addressing the conditions and entry points that allow pests to establish themselves in the first place. The Pest Protection Plan puts that approach into a recurring service structure: regular treatments maintain a protected perimeter around the property, and each visit includes inspection for new activity and the conditions that support it.

Every product and method ExtermPRO uses is eco-friendly and safe for families, children, and pets. All work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if pests return after treatment, ExtermPRO comes back at no additional charge.

What Customers Say

Homeowners across Northern Virginia describe the same experience consistently: technicians who show up on schedule, treat thoroughly, and take the time to explain what they found and what they did. Customers in Gainesville have described dramatic reductions in mosquito activity through the season. Clients in Centreville and Bristow point to the attention to detail — spider web clearance alongside the pest treatment, proactive guidance on what homeowners can do between visits — as evidence that the service goes beyond the minimum. ExtermPRO has received consistent recognition from neighbors in the communities it serves through Nextdoor and Google.
